Liz is a Hypnotherapist and a Happiness and Wellbeing Coach.  Through Synergy Wellbeing, Liz’s mission is to share her knowledge and help people achieve greater levels of wellbeing and happiness in their lives.  Via regular blog posts, and also through online workshops and one to one sessions, Liz wants to be able to reach as many people as possible and to spread the word of wellbeing – both in a psychological sense and a more holistic sense.
