Preparation For a QHHT Session 

In preparation for the session, I normally ask people to bring some questions with them – anything at all about yourself or your life, any advice you’d like to ask about any problems you have in your life, how to move forward, or bigger questions about life and the universe!

I ask clients to bring around 5 or 6 questions/concerns, although it’s ok if you have less or more than this; if more, just put the 5 or 6 most important ones at the top of your list.

To help pave the way for a good connection with your Subconscious it can be really helpful to say to yourself : “I have a clear and direct communication with my Subconscious”. Repeat this silently or out loud throughout your day and most importantly, right before you go to sleep at night, during the few days leading up to your session. It’s also good during this time to do things that help you to feel relaxed, whatever that may be – taking a stroll, exercise, meditation, a soak in the bath, whatever helps you to feel grounded and chilled.

I also ask clients to keep caffeine to a minimum on the morning of their session, because caffeine can interfere with the relaxation response.
