Cancellation Policy 

We take a deposit for all appointments booked. The deposit is non-refundable. Full payment can also be taken upfront. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can take that appointment time.

Any cancellations and rescheduling of appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. In the case of rescheduling, any monies paid will be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations made up until 24hrs before your appointment will entitle you to a full refund except the deposit (if you have made full payment). If you fail to attend or cancel / reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your full payment.

With courses and other services, once you have started the course, your fee is non-refundable, due to administration and set-up costs – unless you cancel before the course starts.
